Growing up with five siblings, Jaybo experienced both the strength of family and the harsh realities of street life. As a child, he stayed active in sports and participated in Boy Scouts, but he also struggled with behavioral issues in school that affected his grades and often placed him on a difficult path. Despite those challenges, music became an outlet that would eventually change the course of his life.

Jaybo’s love for music began in church. Fascinated by the drums, he spent countless hours watching musicians create rhythms. Although he never formally learned to play, he developed his own sense of timing by tapping beats on tables with his hands—a habit that followed him everywhere. His son became his greatest motivation, giving him a renewed sense of purpose and pushing him to pursue every goal with determination while creating a legacy his family can be proud of.
